FABRIC RECOMMENDATIONS: well-draping fabrics made of natural or blended fibers. YOU WILL ALSO NEED: fusible interfacing; 1 button; concealed zipper.

CUTTER'S MUST

IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, THE PATTERNS DO NOT INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES. SEAM ALLOWANCES: all seams 1 cm. Hem allowance 2 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90cm to 150cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED. WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!

• From main fabric:
  • Upper center back panel – 1 piece on fold
  • Lower center back panel – 1 piece on fold
  • Upper side back panel – 2 pieces
  • Lower side back panel – 2 pieces
  • Center front panel – 1 piece on fold
  • Lower side front panel – 2 pieces
  • Upper side front panel – 2 pieces
  • Waistband – 1 piece
• From fusible interfacing:
  • Waistband – 1 piece

Sewing Instructions

1. Fuse interfacing to the waistband.
2. Stitch the lower side piece to the lower center back panel. Overlock the seam allowance and press towards the center. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam.
3. Stitch the upper side back piece. Overlock the seam allowance and press upwards. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam. Stitch the upper center back panel to the back. Overlock the seam allowance and press away from the center. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam.
4. Stitch the lower and side pieces of the front panel, overlock seam allowances and press towards the center. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam. Stitch the upper side front piece, overlock seam allowance and press upwards. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam.
5. Overlock the left side seams separately. Stitch the seam from the zipper mark to the bottom. Press seam allowances open. Insert the concealed zipper.
6. Stitch and overlock the right side seams, press seam allowances towards the back.
7. Stitch the outer side of the waistband to the upper edge of the skirt. Trim the ends of the waistband, trim seam allowances at corners and turn out. Fold under the inner edge of the waistband and topstitch into the attachment seam. Press the waistband.
8. Mark and overlock the buttonhole. Sew on the button.
9. Overlock the bottom edge of the skirt, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
