Minerva Patterns is a professional digital sewing pattern company. We supply made-to-measure pattern files for experienced sewists, tailors, garment manufacturers, and 3D fashion designers. Below are answers to the questions we are asked most often.
A digital, made-to-measure sewing pattern delivered as a file (PDF, PLT, or DXF AAMA). You are purchasing a professional pattern product — not a finished garment, a sewing kit, or a sewing course.
Our patterns are designed for experienced sewists, professional tailors, garment manufacturers, and 3D fashion designers who are confident handling their own cutting, fitting, and construction. They are not intended as beginner learning materials.
PDF for home and large-format printing, PLT for cutting plotters, and DXF AAMA for professional CAD systems (Lectra, Gerber, Optitex) and 3D platforms such as CLO3D and Browzwear VStitcher. Seam allowances can be included or excluded at your choice.
At checkout you provide a small set of body measurements. Our CAD system grades the chosen pattern to those measurements and generates your files. Please enter your measurements carefully — patterns are produced exactly as ordered.
Files are sent to the email used at checkout, typically within a couple of hours. If you have not received your files, check your spam folder first, then contact us with your order number.
Yes. Patterns are licensed for personal or commercial use by the purchasing entity. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the pattern files themselves is not permitted.
No. Minerva Patterns is a pattern supplier, not a sewing school. We do not provide sewing lessons, step-by-step construction tutorials, fitting or alteration advice, or custom pattern modifications. Each pattern's technical description is shown on its product page. For construction help, we recommend working with a professional tailor or a sewing course.

Because our patterns are digital and made to your measurements, all sales are final. Refunds are issued only for genuine technical faults (file not delivered, corrupt file, wrong item, or duplicate charge). See our Refund Policy for full details.
