Anna is the founder and creative force behind Minerva Patterns. A trained pattern cutter with roots in the fashion industry since the 1990s, she sets the aesthetic direction and the exacting standards every pattern in the catalogue is held to. Her eye for line, proportion and fit is what turns precise technical drafting into garments people genuinely want to wear.

Engineer & Platform Lead

The engineer who builds and runs the technology behind the scenes — the website, the databases, the servers, and everything in between. A structural engineer by profession who runs his own building-inspection practice, he brings the systems-minded rigour that keeps the platform fast, secure, and reliable.

He's also a prolific creative — a songwriter and composer with many original songs, and a creator of television and reality-show formats. That rare blend of engineering discipline and creative flair makes his work distinctive: he doesn't just make things function, he makes them elegant.

Olga leads pattern design at Minerva. A senior pattern cutter and apparel-development specialist, she translates a design into a precise, production-ready pattern — drafting, grading and refining each piece until it fits and sews exactly as intended.
