By accessing or using minervapatterns.com ("the Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Minerva Patterns is a professional digital sewing pattern company. We sell digital, made-to-measure sewing pattern files (DXF AAMA, PLT, PDF). All products are delivered electronically. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you are buying a digital pattern product — not a finished garment, a sewing course, or any form of sewing, fitting, or construction service — and you agree to our Refund Policy.

Pattern files are licensed for personal or commercial use by the purchasing entity only. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of pattern files in any form is strictly prohibited.

You must create an account to purchase patterns. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms may be suspended without notice.

All pattern designs, artwork, text, and software on the Site are the exclusive property of Minerva Patterns or its licensors and are protected by international copyright law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Our patterns are professional tools intended for experienced sewists, professional tailors, garment manufacturers, and 3D fashion designers who are competent in cutting, fitting, grading, and garment construction. They are not marketed as beginner learning materials.

The customer is solely responsible for the cutting, sewing, fitting, and construction of any garment made from our patterns, and for selecting appropriate fabrics, tools, and software. Minerva Patterns does not provide sewing instruction, fitting or alteration advice, pattern-modification services, or garment-construction assistance.

Our patterns are generated from the measurements supplied by the customer or to standard size specifications. Minerva Patterns is not responsible for fit or sizing issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer, or from individual variations in fabric behaviour, printing, cutting, or construction.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minerva Patterns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canton Ticino.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
