Fabric recommendations: blouse fabrics made of natural or blended fibers. Silk, chiffon.

CUTTER'S MUST

IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, THEY INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, THE PATTERNS DO NOT INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES. SEAM ALLOWANCES: all seams 1 cm. Hem allowance for the bottom edge of the garment and lining – 2 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST OF ALL, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90cm to 150cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED (do not forget to account for paired and symmetrical pieces). WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!

• From main fabric:
  • Back - 1 piece on fold
  • Back lining – 1 piece on fold
  • Front - 1 piece on fold
  • Front lining – 1 piece on fold

Sewing Instructions

1. Stitch the shoulder and side seams of the lining. Press seam allowances open. Fold the lining hem allowance twice by 1 cm and topstitch.
2. Stitch the center seam of the collar. Press seam allowance open.
3. Clip the front allowance at the shoulder seam. Stitch the shoulder seams of the main fabric, press seam allowances open.
4. Stitch the side seams. Overlock seam allowances and press towards the back.
5. Place the lining and main garment right sides together and stitch the back and front neckline, simultaneously inserting the collar. Clip seam allowances and press. Turn the lining to the wrong side and press the front neckline.
6. Stitch the armhole in two steps: first the front armhole, then the back armhole. Clip seam allowances and press.
7. Overlock the bottom edge of the garment. Press seam allowances to the wrong side and topstitch.
