FABRIC RECOMMENDATIONS: blouse fabrics made of natural or blended fibers. YOU WILL ALSO NEED: fusible interfacing, 6 buttons.
CUTTER'S MUST
IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, THE PATTERNS INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, THE PATTERNS DO NOT INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES. SEAM ALLOWANCES: all seams 1 cm. Hem allowance – 2 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST OF ALL, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED. WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!

- Back Yoke – 1 piece on fold
- Upper Back – 1 piece on fold
- Center Back – 1 piece on fold
- Side Back – 2 pieces
- Upper Front – 2 pieces
- Center Front – 2 pieces
- Side Front – 2 pieces
- Sleeve – 2 pieces
- Cuff – 2 pieces
- Front Facing – 2 pieces
- Back Neck Facing – 1 piece
- From fusible interfacing:
- Cuff – 2 pieces
- Front Facing – 2 pieces
- Back Neck Facing – 1 piece
Sewing Instructions
- Interface the pieces with fusible interfacing.
- Stitch the back princess seams, press allowances towards the center and overcast. Attach the upper back to the lower back, press allowances upwards and overcast. Attach the back yoke to the upper back, press allowances upwards and overcast.
- Stitch the center seam of the collar, folding the front pieces right sides together, press allowances open. Overcast the outer edge of the integrated front facing.
- Along the shoulder edge of the front, stitch with loosened upper thread and gather. Stitch shoulder seams, press allowances towards the back and overcast. Clip the shoulder seam allowance on the front and attach the outer side of the collar to the back neckline, press allowances towards the collar.
- Press the integrated front facing to the wrong side. Fold the lower edge of the collar onto the front, secure along the lower edge. Stitch the front princess seams, press allowances towards the center and overcast. Along the lower edge of the upper front, stitch with loosened upper thread and gather.
- Overcast the outer edge of the back neck facing. Stitch the shoulder seams of the integrated front facings and the back neck facing, press allowances open. Clip the shoulder seam allowance on the front facing and attach the inner side of the collar to the back facing neckline, press allowances towards the collar. Topstitch the collars into the neckline attachment seam.
- Cut a strip about 20 cm long and 2.5 cm wide at a 45-degree angle for the loop fasteners. Fold the strip lengthwise in half, right sides together, and stitch 0.3 cm from the fold. Trim allowances close to the stitching, turn the strip right side out and straighten the rouleau. Cut into 4 pieces. Adjust the length of the loops. Topstitch the loops onto the right front (folds facing away from the edge).
- Fold the front facing to the garment right sides together and stitch the front edge. Stitch the upper and lower front pieces, inserting the upper piece between the lower piece and the front facing. Press allowances upwards and overcast. Turn the front facings to the wrong side, straighten, and press.
- Stitch the side seams, press allowances towards the back and overcast.
- Along the lower edge of the sleeve, stitch with loosened upper thread and gather. Overcast the sleeve edges separately. Stitch the sleeve seam from the armhole to the slit mark, press allowances open. Topstitch the slit 0.1 cm from the fold. Attach sleeves into armholes, press allowances and overcast.
- Fold the cuff pieces right sides together and stitch the side edges. Start and end stitching exactly at the marked seam line for cuff attachment. Turn the piece right side out, straighten, and press. Attach the outer side of the cuff to the sleeve, fold the allowance of the inner side of the cuff inwards and topstitch into the attachment seam of the outer cuff.
- Overcast the hem allowance, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
- Sew buttons onto the left front. Overcast buttonholes and sew buttons onto the cuffs.
