Sewing Instructions
When stitching pieces, pay attention to the notches - they must match!
- Fuse interfacing to the designated pieces. Fuse the integrated plackets of the front. Fuse the integrated plackets of the hem and sleeve hem.
- Stitch darts on the front, if provided for your size. Press dart allowances upwards.
- Stitch shoulder seams, press allowances towards the back and serge. Stitch side seams, press allowances towards the back and serge.
- Fold the integrated hem placket inwards and press the lower edge. Fold under the allowance of the integrated placket and topstitch. Press the seam.
- Stitch shoulder seams of facings. Press allowances open. Serge the outer edge. Attach the center edge of the front facing to the integrated placket. Fold the top and facing right sides together and stitch the neckline edge. Clip allowances at curves, turn to the wrong side and press. Topstitch facings to the front and back.
- Press the integrated placket to the wrong side, fold under the placket allowance and topstitch.
- Stitch the sleeve seam. Serge the allowance. Fold the integrated sleeve placket inwards and press. Fold under the allowance and topstitch. Set the sleeve into the armhole, serge the allowance and press.
- On the right front, overlock buttonholes, sew buttons on the left front.
