Flounced Front Collared Blouse

CUTTER'S MUST

• From main fabric:
• 1. FRONT PANEL - 2 QTY
• 2. TRIM STRIP for left front FACING – 1 QTY
• 3. BACK PANEL - 1 QTY
• 4. Front FACING - 2 QTY
• 5. SLEEVE - 2 QTY
• 6. COLLAR - 2 QTY
• 7. Left FLOUNCE – 2 QTY
• 8. Right FLOUNCE – 2 QTY
• 9. CUFF – 2 QTY
• FROM FUSIBLE INTERFACING: front FACING, upper COLLAR, CUFF.

Sewing Instructions

1. Reinforce front FACING, upper COLLAR, and CUFF with FUSIBLE INTERFACING.
2. Stitch vertical darts on the FRONT PANEL and BACK PANEL.
3. Stitch shoulder seams.
4. Stitch side seams.
5. Attach FLOUNCES to the upper COLLAR. Attach FLOUNCES to the lower COLLAR. Finish the lower COLLAR with the upper COLLAR together with the FLOUNCES. Turn out the COLLAR with the FLOUNCES and press.
6. Finish the upper corner of the TRIM STRIP and turn it out.
7. Baste the FLOUNCE to the right FRONT PANEL. Baste the FLOUNCE and the prepared TRIM STRIP to the left FRONT PANEL.
8. Overlock the inner edge of each front FACING.
9. Finish the right FRONT PANEL with the front FACING. Clip the upper COLLAR and fold it back. Stitch the lower COLLAR into the neckline of the BACK PANEL, clip the upper COLLAR again and finish the left FRONT PANEL with the front FACING.
10. Fold under the open edge of the upper COLLAR and topstitch into the seam of the lower COLLAR attachment.
11. Stitch SLEEVE seams.
12. Set in SLEEVES, easing the cap.
13. Overlock the SEAM ALLOWANCES for the hem of the garment and the SLEEVE hem, turn to the wrong side and topstitch along the edge.
14. Sew buttons onto the left FRONT PANEL.
