- Collar stand – 1 piece
- Placket – 2 pieces

Sewing Instructions
- Fuse the corresponding pieces with fusible interfacing.
- Fold the collar stand pieces right sides together and stitch the outer edge. Start and end the stitching strictly at the marked seam line for attaching the collar stand. Turn the finished collar stand right side out and press.
- Stitch the darts on the back. Press the darts towards the center seam. Stitch the center back seam. Press the seam to the left and serge.
- Form and secure the box pleats on the front yoke. Attach the yoke to the front, press the seam allowances towards the front and serge.
- Press the plackets in half lengthwise, right side out. Stitch the outer edge of the placket to the front. Press the seam towards the placket. Fold the inner edge of the placket inwards and topstitch into the attachment seam.
- Stitch the shoulder and side seams. Press the seam allowances towards the back and serge.
- Attach the upper collar stand to the neckline, fold under the raw edge of the lower collar stand and topstitch into the attachment seam of the upper collar stand.
- Serge the sleeve edges. Stitch the sleeve seam from the mark upwards, press the seam allowances open. Stitch a securing line along the fold 0.2 cm from the edge. Set the sleeves into the armholes. Serge the seam allowances and press towards the sleeve. Fold the cuff in half lengthwise, right sides together, and stitch the side edges. Turn the piece right side out, press. Attach the outer side of the cuff to the sleeve, fold under the seam allowance of the inner side of the cuff and topstitch into the attachment seam of the outer cuff.
- Serge the bottom edge of the garment, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
- On the right front, make buttonholes; on the left, sew on buttons. Make buttonholes and sew on buttons on the collar stand and cuffs.
- Tip: The blouse can be worn with a belt. Cut a piece of desired length and width from the main fabric (including seam allowances). Fold the belt in half lengthwise, right sides together, and stitch along the contour, leaving an opening for turning. Trim the seam allowances at the corners, turn the belt right side out. Close the opening.
