Lining pieces are cut according to the main fabric pieces, excluding the bottom facings and the back neck facing.

Attention! The front lining is cut from the main fabric!

From fusible interfacing: front lining, back neck facing, collar - qty 1.

Sewing Instructions

  1. Fuse interfacing to the designated pieces.
  2. Stitch the princess seams of the front. Press seam allowances towards the center of the front.
  3. Fold the strap in half lengthwise, right sides together, and stitch the long side and one short side. Trim corners, turn the strap right side out, and press.
  4. Stitch the center back seam of the back. Press the seam to the left side. Stitch the princess seams of the back, inserting the strap according to markings. Press seam allowances towards the center of the back.
  5. Stitch the shoulder and side seams. Press seam allowances towards the back.
  6. Stitch the center seam of the collar. Press seam allowances open. Place collars right sides together and stitch along the ends and the outer edge. Trim seam allowances at corners and turn right side out. Press the collar. Topstitch along the contour of the collar.
  7. Place the collar on the neckline of the front and back, align edges, and secure along the seam allowance.
  8. Fold the welt right side together and stitch the short sides. Trim seam allowances and turn right side out. Place the welt on the left front, aligning the attachment line with the lower marking line, and stitch along the lower edge. Turn the welt upwards and stitch along the two short sides.
  9. Stitch the bottom facings to the lining pieces. Press seam allowances upwards. Stitch the lining pieces similarly to the main fabric pieces, leaving an opening in the left side seam. Stitch the back facing to the lining. Place the garment with the lining right sides together and stitch along the front edge, neckline, and bottom.
  10. Stitch the armhole in 2 steps: the back armhole from the shoulder seam to the side seam, and the front armhole from the shoulder seam to the side seam through the opening in the side seam. Close the opening.
  11. Topstitch along the front edge and bottom 2.5 cm from the edge.
  12. On the right front, make buttonholes; on the left front, sew on buttons.
