Fabric recommendations: dress fabrics made from natural or blended fibers. YOU ALSO NEED: a concealed zipper.

CUTTER'S MUST

IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, THEN THE PATTERNS INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES; IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, THEN THE PATTERNS DO NOT INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES. SEAM ALLOWANCES: all seams 1 cm; hem allowance for the dress bottom and sleeve bottom – 1.5 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST OF ALL, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90cm to 150cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED (do not forget to account for paired and symmetrical pieces). WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH! Inscriptions on the patterns are made on the right side!

  • Upper center back part - 2 pieces
  • Upper side back part - 2 pieces
  • Lower center back part - 2 pieces
  • Lower side back part - 2 pieces
  • Upper right front part - 1 piece
  • Middle front part - 1 piece
  • Lower left front part – 1 piece
  • Sleeve – 2 pieces

Sewing Instructions

1. Stitch the relief seams of the upper back part, press allowances towards the center, overcast. Stitch the relief seams of the lower back part, clipping the allowance of the center part at the corner, press allowances towards the center, overcast. Stitch the upper and lower back parts, press allowances upwards and overcast.
2. Stitch the dart on the middle front part, press the dart depth upwards.
3. Along the lower edge of the upper right front part, make a basting stitch with loosened upper thread and gather. Overcast the outer edge of the self-facing, press to the wrong side.
4. Overcast the outer edge of the self-facing on the middle front part, press to the wrong side. Stitch the upper front part to the middle, clipping at the corner, press allowances and overcast.
5. Along the upper edge of the lower left front part, make a basting stitch with loosened upper thread and gather. Stitch the lower front part to the middle, clipping at the corner, press allowances and overcast.
6. Clip the allowance of the shoulder seam on the front part at the corner. Stitch the shoulder seams, press allowances towards the back and overcast. Stitch the outer collar stand into the back neckline, press allowances towards the collar. Topstitch the allowance of the inner collar stand into the joining seam.
7. Stitch the side seams, press allowances towards the back and overcast.
8. Overcast the center back edges separately on each piece. Stitch the center back seam from the mark to the lower edge, press allowances open. Insert the zipper.
9. Stitch the sleeve seam, press allowances towards the back and overcast. Set the sleeves into the armholes, press allowances and overcast.
10. Overcast the hem allowance of the dress and sleeve, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
