Sewing Instructions
- Fuse interfacing to the designated pieces.
- Stitch darts on back and front pieces, press waist dart allowances towards the center, bust darts upwards. Stitch the center back seam, press allowances to the left side and overlock.
- Stitch side and shoulder seams, press allowances towards the back and overlock.
- Stitch shoulder seams of front facings and back neckline facing, press allowances open. Overlock the outer edge. Place front facings with the garment right sides together and stitch the front edges and the back neckline edge. Clip allowances at curves, trim at corners, turn front facings with facing to the wrong side, straighten, press. Secure to the garment at shoulder seams.
- Stitch the sleeve seam, press allowances towards the back and overlock. Set sleeves into armholes, press allowances and overlock.
- Place cuff pieces right sides together and stitch the outer edge. Clip allowances at curves, turn the piece to the right side, straighten, press. Attach the cuff to the bottom of the sleeve, placing pieces right sides together. Press allowances towards the sleeve, overlock.
- Overlock the hem allowance of the garment, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
- On the right front, overlock buttonholes, on the left front, sew on buttons.
