FABRIC RECOMMENDATIONS: dense knit fabrics of medium stretch from natural or blended fibers. YOU ALSO NEED: knit fusible interfacing; 1 invisible zipper.
CUTTER'S MUST
IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE NOT INCLUDED. SEAM ALLOWANCES: all seams 1 cm. Hem allowance – 3 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90cm to 150cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED. WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH! ATTENTION! MARKINGS ARE MADE ON THE RIGHT SIDE.

- Back panel – 2 pieces
- Back yoke – 4 pieces
- Front right panel – 1 piece
- Front left panel – 1 piece
- Front yoke – 2 pieces
- Facing – 2 pieces
- FROM FUSIBLE INTERFACING:
- Back yoke – 2 pieces
- Front yoke – 1 piece
- Facing – 1 piece
Sewing Instructions
- Fuse interfacing to the inner yokes.
- Stitch darts on the back. Press the dart depth towards the center. Attach the back yoke to the back panel, press seam allowances upwards. Overlock the center edges of the back panel separately on each piece. Stitch the center seam from the invisible zipper mark to the bottom. Press seam allowances open. Insert the invisible zipper.
- Place the facing pieces right sides together and stitch the outer and lower edges. Turn the inner facing to the wrong side and press. Attach the facing to the right skirt panel. Overlock the allowance and press it towards the main part. Overlock the outer edge of the left part, press it to the wrong side and topstitch. The allowance can also be finished with bias binding; for this, trim the allowance to 0.5 cm, bind the edge, fold inwards and topstitch.
- Overlap the right panel onto the left, aligning at the top and side edges. Then treat as one piece. Attach the front yoke to the front panel, press seam allowances upwards.
- Stitch the side seams, press allowances towards the back and overlock.
- Stitch the side seams of the inner yokes (hereinafter - facings), press allowances open. Overlock the lower edge. Place the facing with the skirt right sides together and stitch the upper edge. Topstitch the allowances to the facing 0.2 cm from the stitching line. Fold the facing to the wrong side, press. Fold the center edges of the facing and sew to the zipper tape. Topstitch the facing into the seam of the outer yoke attachment.
- Overlock the lower edge of the skirt, press to the wrong side and hem with blind stitches.
