FABRIC RECOMMENDATIONS: blouse fabrics made of natural or blended fibers, lace with a scalloped edge. YOU WILL ALSO NEED: fusible interfacing, 5 buttons.

CUTTER'S MUST

IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, THE PATTERNS ARE WITHOUT SEAM ALLOWANCES. SEAM ALLOWANCES: hem allowance - 2.0 cm, other seams - 1 cm, sleeve hem allowance - 0 cm. The sleeve hem is cut along the scalloped edge. ATTENTION! FIRST, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED. WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!

  • From main fabric:
    • Back – 1 piece on fold
    • Front – 2 pieces
    • Front facing – 2 pieces
    • Back neckline facing – 1 piece
  • From lace:
    • Sleeve — 2 pieces
  • From fusible interfacing:
    • Front facing — 2 pieces
    • Back neckline facing – 1 piece

Sewing Instructions

  1. Fuse interfacing to the designated pieces.
  2. Stitch darts on the front. Press dart allowances upwards.
  3. Stitch side and shoulder seams, press allowances towards the back and serge.
  4. Stitch and press open shoulder seams of the back neckline facing and front facing. Serge the outer edge.
  5. Place the front facing on the right side of the front, right side down, pin and stitch the bottom corner, along the front edge and the neckline. Trim allowances, clip corners and along the neckline. Turn the front edges right side out, straighten the seams.
  6. Stitch the sleeve seam, press allowances towards the back and serge. Set sleeves into armholes, matching notches. Press and serge allowances.
  7. Serge the bottom edge of the garment, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
  8. On the right front, make buttonholes, on the left front, sew on buttons.
