Sewing Instructions
- Set in the sleeves into the armholes of the back. Press the seam allowances towards the sleeve and serge.
- Set in the sleeves into the armholes of the front. Press the seam allowances towards the sleeve and serge.
- Stitch the sleeve edges and side edges with one seam. Press the seam allowances towards the back and serge.
- Serge the upper edge seam allowance, press to the wrong side, and topstitch a casing according to the markings, leaving an opening for inserting elastic. Cut a piece of elastic trim strip of the required length and thread it through the casing.
- Serge the lower sleeve edge seam allowance, press to the wrong side, and topstitch a casing according to the markings, leaving an opening for inserting elastic. Cut a piece of elastic trim strip equal to the arm circumference and thread it through the casing.
- Press the lower edge of the garment to the wrong side, fold inwards, and topstitch.
- Optionally, form bows from decorative trim strip and sew them on according to the sketch.
