Sewing Instructions

1. Fuse FUSIBLE INTERFACING to the belt, upper COLLAR, FACING, and GRAIN LINE strip.
2. Stitch the center back seam. Overlock the center back seam and press it towards the right FRONT PANEL.
3. Stitch the princess seams on the FRONT PANEL and BACK PANEL. Overlock the princess seams and press them towards the center. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the princess seams.
4. Stitch the side and shoulder seams. Overlock the side and shoulder seams. Press the side and shoulder seams towards the BACK PANEL.
5. Overlock the decorative tab along the contour and press the SEAM ALLOWANCES by 1 cm, leaving one of the long edges unpressed. Overlock the decorative pocket along the contour, leaving the upper rounded part of the pocket unoverlocked. Overlock the lower edge of the decorative pocket FACING, press by 1 cm and topstitch. Fold the decorative pocket FACING and the pocket right sides together and stitch around. Trim excess SEAM ALLOWANCES at the rounded edges of the pocket and turn the pocket right side out. Press the decorative pocket SEAM ALLOWANCES according to the pattern and topstitch 0.5 cm from the edge on the upper rounded part of the pocket. Place the decorative pocket on the tab and topstitch, leaving the pocket opening free. Attach a snap. Mark the position of the tab on the jumpsuit and topstitch along the contour.
6. Stitch the princess seams on the back half. Overlock the seams and press them towards the back SIDE PANEL. Topstitch along the princess seam at a distance of 0.5 cm. Stitch the princess seams on the front half. Overlock the seams and press them towards the front SIDE PANEL. Topstitch along the princess seam at a distance of 0.5 cm.
7. Stitch the inseams. Overlock the inseams and press them towards the back half.
8. Stitch the side seams of the lower part of the jumpsuit. Overlock the side seams and press them towards the back half.
9. Overlock the edges: the seat seam and the front center seam. Stitch the seat seam and the front seam up to the NOTCH for the ZIPPER. Stitch a second line along the seat seam next to the stitching line of the front and center seam.
10. Overlock the chest pocket along the contour. Mark the ZIPPER placement on the chest pocket. Cut FACINGS from the main fabric. Fuse FUSIBLE INTERFACING to the pocket opening and refine the ZIPPER placement. Stitch the FACINGS to the markings. Check the correct attachment of the FACINGS from the wrong side (stitches should be parallel). Cut the pocket opening, making angled cuts 1-1.5 cm from the end of the pocket. Turn the SEAM ALLOWANCES through the opening to the wrong side, straightening the FACINGS, and press the pocket opening. Overlock the FACINGS. Stitch the ZIPPER under the edges of the FACINGS so that the teeth are visible. Topstitch the pocket opening close to the edge at 0.2 cm. Mark and stitch the dart on the chest pocket. Press the chest pocket SEAM ALLOWANCES by 1 cm.
11. Overlock the patch pocket along the contour. Press the patch pocket SEAM ALLOWANCES by 1 cm. Mark the ZIPPER placement on the pocket and finish it the same way as on the chest pocket. Mark the pocket placement and topstitch it along the contour 0.2 cm from the edge.
12. Stitch the lower COLLAR to the upper COLLAR, turn the COLLAR right side out and topstitch.
13. Stitch the lower part of the jumpsuit to the upper part. Overlock the joining seam and press it towards the lower part of the jumpsuit. Insert the ZIPPER, up to the NOTCH.
14. Overlock the inner edge of each FACING. Stitch the center front seam of the jumpsuit with the FACING.
15. Insert the COLLAR into the neckline, placing it between the FACINGS. Overlock the COLLAR insertion seam and topstitch the SEAM ALLOWANCE to the back neckline. Topstitch 0.5 cm along the ZIPPER.
16. Overlock the armhole edge, press and topstitch to the upper part of the jumpsuit.
17. Fold the belt loop lengthwise in half, right sides together, align the edges and stitch 0.5-0.7 cm from the edges. Then turn right side out, straighten the seam, placing it on the fold or creating a 0.1-0.2 cm wide piping on the inside, and press.
18. Cut the belt loops to size and topstitch them onto the side and center seams of the jumpsuit at the waistline.
19. Fold the belt lengthwise in half, right sides together. Stitch the belt on three sides, leaving a small opening for turning. Turn the belt right side out and press it finished. Topstitch along the contour of the belt 0.5 cm from the edge. Put the buckle on the belt, fold the end of the belt to the wrong side.
