Sewing Instructions

  1. Fuse FUSIBLE INTERFACING to the back FACING, front right and left FACINGS, and fly shield.
  2. Stitch the front half pieces together. Overlock and press the seams open. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the relief seams on the front half.
  3. Mark and stitch the darts on the back half. Stitch the side edges of the front and back FACINGS. Press the seam open.
  4. Overlock: the side edge of the back and front halves, the inseam edges of the front and back halves, the front and middle edges of the pant halves. Stitch the side edges of the front and back halves. Press the side seams open.
  5. Stitch and press open the inseams. Stitch the front edge and middle edge up to the NOTCH for the ZIPPER. Stitch a second line along the seat seam next to the stitching line of the front and middle seam.
  6. Press the integrated ZIPPER FACINGS to the wrong side. Attach the ZIPPER under the edge of the ZIPPER allowance (left side) to the edge. Attach the free ZIPPER tape to the right half to the integrated FACING. Fold the fly shield in half lengthwise and stitch the short bottom edge. Topstitch the integrated ZIPPER FACING to the fly shield on the left pant half. Topstitch the right edge of the opening, catching the FACING.
  7. Place the FACING pieces right sides together and stitch the upper edge. Topstitch the stitching seam onto the lower FACING at a distance of 0.2 cm from the stitching seam, stopping 3 cm from the end. Turn the yokes to the right side and press.
  8. Fold the belt loop in half lengthwise, right sides together, align the edges, and stitch at a distance of 0.5-0.7 cm from the edges. Then turn out, straighten the seam, positioning it on the fold or creating a 0.1-0.2 cm wide edge on the inside, and press.
  9. Overlock the outer edge of the lower FACINGS. Cut the belt loops to size. Mark the placement of the belt loops. Attach the belt loops to the lower edge of the FACINGS. Attach the FACINGS to the upper edge of the pants, aligning the side seams. Stitch the corners of the FACINGS. Trim the SEAM ALLOWANCES at the corners, turn out, and press. Topstitch the overlocked edge of the FACING into the attachment seam.
  10. Overlock and press the hem allowance to the wrong side. Topstitch the allowance to the pants. On the right FACING, make buttonholes, and on the left, sew on buttons. Tip: If desired, you can topstitch a tab with a buckle onto the side seam according to the technical drawing. This operation should be performed before stitching the inseams.
