Pocket top edge allowance – 2 cm. Hem allowance – 2 cm. Attention! First, print out the paper patterns and lay them out on the fabric width (fabric width can be from 90cm to 150cm) to determine how much material you will need (do not forget to account for paired and symmetrical parts).

Sewing Instructions

When stitching pieces, pay attention to the notches - they must match!

  1. Fuse interfacing to the Cuffs, one Stand Collar, the Center Front Facings and the Back Neckline Facing.
  2. Overlock the top allowance of the pocket, press it to the wrong side, and topstitch. Press the side and bottom allowances of the pocket to the wrong side. Place the Pocket on the left Front according to the markings and topstitch.
  3. Stitch the shoulder seams, press allowances towards the back and overlock. Stitch the side and underarm seams up to the mark on the sleeve, press allowances open and overlock. Topstitch along the edges of the sleeve opening below the mark, 0.1 cm from the edge.
  4. Place the Stand Collar pieces right sides together and stitch along the outer contour. Clip allowances at curves, trim at corners. Turn the Stand Collar right side out and press. Stitch the Stand Collar to the garment's neckline.
  5. Stitch the shoulder seams of the Center Front Facings and Back Neckline Facing, press allowances open. Overlock the outer edge. Place the facings right sides together onto the garment and stitch the front edges and neckline (the Stand Collar is positioned between the main garment and the facing). Clip allowances, turn the facings to the wrong side and press. Secure the facing to the shoulder seams.
  6. Fold each Cuff in half lengthwise, right sides together, and stitch the side seams. Turn the piece right side out, press. Attach the outer side of the cuff to the sleeve, fold the allowance of the inner side of the cuff inwards and topstitch into the seam of the outer cuff attachment.
  7. On the right front, make buttonholes; sew buttons on the left front. Make buttonholes and sew buttons on the cuffs.
