When To Wear

In autumn and winter with trousers or a skirt, on its own or under a jacket.
As an everyday top in place of a scarf and T-shirt.

Key Design Features

Silhouette: Close to the body, ending in a hem band at hip level.

Collar: Cowl collar: one piece joined into a ring, folded in half wrong sides together and attached to the neckline; the collar seam sits at the left shoulder.

Sleeves: Set-in, three-quarter length, finished with cuffs joined into a ring and folded in half.

Waist: Folded hem band (lower placket) joined into a ring and attached to the lower edge.

Cutter's Must

If the patterns have a double contour, they include seam allowances. If the contour is single, the patterns do not include seam allowances. Seam allowances: All seams 0.8 cm. Attention! First, print out the paper patterns and lay them out on the fabric width (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) to determine how much material you will need. When stitching pieces, pay attention to the notches - they must match!

- Lower Placket (hem band) – 1 piece
- Cuff – 2 pieces

Tip: Knit fabric pieces are stitched with a special elastic or narrow zigzag stitch.

Sewing Instructions

Stitch the shoulder and side seams of the back and front. Overlock the seams and press them towards the back.
Stitch the sleeve seam. Overlock and press the seams. Stitch each Cuff into a ring. Fold it in half lengthwise and attach it to the sleeve. Overlock the allowances. Set the sleeves into the armholes, matching the notches. Overlock and press the seams.
Stitch the Lower Placket into a ring. Fold it in half lengthwise and attach it to the bottom of the garment. Overlock the allowances.
Stitch the Collar into a ring. Turn the collar right side out and press. Fold the collar in half, wrong side in. Attach the collar to the neckline, matching the notches. The collar seam is located at the left shoulder seam. Overlock and press the collar attachment seam.
