Sewing Instructions

Tip: Knit fabric pieces are stitched with a special elastic or narrow zigzag stitch. The hem allowance is topstitched with a twin needle or on a coverstitch machine to maintain elasticity. You can also stitch pieces directly on a 3- or 4-thread overlocker. WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH! ATTENTION! Markings on the patterns are made on the right side!

  1. Fuse interfacing to the relevant pieces.
  2. Stitch darts on the front pieces, press seam allowances upwards.
  3. Fold belt pieces lengthwise in half, right sides together, and stitch along the long side and one short side. Turn the belt right side out, straighten, and press.
  4. Serge vertical center edges of the left and right front pieces separately. Stitch the right and left front pieces from the top to the slit mark, inserting the left belt. Press seam allowances on the diagonal section towards the center and serge. Press seam allowances on the vertical section open. Topstitch the slit sides 0.1 cm from the fold.
  5. Stitch shoulder and side seams, inserting the right part of the belt into the right side seam. Press seam allowances towards the back and serge.
  6. Stitch shoulder seams of neckline facings, press seam allowances open. Serge the outer edge. Place the facing on the garment, right sides together, and stitch the neckline edge. Turn the facing to the wrong side, straighten, and press. Secure the facing to the main garment at the shoulder seams.
  7. Stitch the sleeve seam, press seam allowances towards the back and serge. Set sleeves into armholes, matching notches. Press seam allowances and serge.
  8. Serge the hem allowance of the garment bottom and sleeve bottom, press to the wrong side, and topstitch.
