Fabric recommendations: blouse fabrics made of natural or blended fibers. YOU WILL ALSO NEED: fusible interfacing. IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE NOT INCLUDED. SEAM ALLOWANCES: hem allowance for the garment and sleeve hem – 2.5 cm, other seams 1 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED.

- Back neckline facing — 1 piece
- Front neckline facing — 2 pieces
- From fusible interfacing:
- Back neckline facing — 1 piece
- Front neckline facing — 2 pieces
Sewing Instructions
WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!
- Interface the neckline facings and the integrated front yoke placket with fusible interfacing.
- Stitch shoulder seams, press allowances towards the back and serge.
- Stitch shoulder seams of neckline facings, press allowances open. Serge the outer edge. Serge the vertical edge of the integrated front yoke placket. Attach the facing to the placket edges. Fold the placket with the facing to the right side and stitch the neckline edge. Turn the facing to the wrong side, straighten, press. Fold the yokes right sides together and stitch the center seam from the bottom to the mark, press allowances open. Topstitch the placket to the main piece along the inner edge, and the facing 0.5 – 0.7 cm from the neckline edge.
- Along the upper edge of the front, stitch with loosened upper thread and gather. Attach the front yoke to the front, press allowances upwards and serge.
- Stitch side seams, press allowances towards the back and serge.
- Stitch sleeve seam, press allowances and serge. Set sleeves into armholes, press allowances and serge.
- Press the hem of the garment and sleeves to the wrong side by 1 cm, then by 1.5 cm and topstitch.
