When To Wear

This versatile knit top is perfect for adding a touch of polished comfort to various occasions:

  • Casual Chic & Everyday: Its comfortable knit and stylish details make it an ideal choice for elevated daily wear.
  • Office & Business Casual: The polished drape and unique button embellishment offer a professional yet fashionable look suitable for work.
  • Transitional Seasons: Long sleeves and a cozy knit ensure warmth and style during cooler months, making it a perfect layering piece.

Key Design Features

Silhouette: a fitted, tunic-length top with a relaxed drape, designed to skim the body for a comfortable yet elegant profile.

Neckline: a graceful cowl neckline is created by the elegant draping of the wrap front, offering a soft and flattering look.

Closure: An asymmetrical wrap front is secured along the wearer's left side by a line of ten decorative buttons, providing both style and a functional closure.

Sleeves: Full-length, set-in sleeves offer a classic finish and comfortable coverage.

Hem: a straight hemline is neatly finished with an integrated band, contributing to the garment's clean and polished look.

Back: a clean, smooth back panel ensures a streamlined silhouette that complements the detailed front.

Level Of Difficulty

Intermediate. This pattern involves working with knit fabrics, constructing a draped wrap front with multiple layers, precise button application, and attaching a hem band.

Fabric Recommendations

Choose soft, well-draping knit fabrics with medium stretch to achieve the desired silhouette and comfort:

  • Dense, soft, well-draping knit fabrics with medium stretch
  • Natural or blended fibers (e.g., merino wool blends, viscose blends, interlock knits)

Additional Supplies

  • 10 buttons
