• LINING fabric:
1. Crown - 1 QTY
2. FRONT PANEL - 1 QTY

• FUSIBLE INTERFACING:
1. Visor - 1 QTY

Sewing Instructions

1. Stitch the dart on the BACK PANEL of the cap. Cut the dart and topstitch.
2. Stitch the BACK PANELs together, placing them right sides facing. Topstitch the SEAM ALLOWANCES.
3. Attach the FRONT PANEL to the upper part, placing them right sides facing. Topstitch the SEAM ALLOWANCES onto the upper part.
4. Place the upper and BACK PANELs right sides facing, stitch, press the SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the upper part and topstitch.
5. Reinforce the upper visor with FUSIBLE INTERFACING. Place the visor pieces right sides facing and stitch along the outer contour. Trim the SEAM ALLOWANCES close to the seam. Turn the visor right side out, straighten the seam, press. Stitch parallel lines on the visor; the distance between the lines is 0.5 cm.
6. Place the visor and the upper part right sides facing, aligning the centers. Attach the visor to the crown. Fold the lower edge of the crown to the wrong side and topstitch.
7. Stitch the LINING pieces similarly to the main pieces. Insert the LINING into the crown, smooth it out, and secure it in several places. Fold the lower edge of the LINING inwards and sew with blind stitches.
