• FUSIBLE INTERFACING:

2. Lower Brim - 1 QTY

Sewing Instructions

1. Fuse the gusset pieces and the lower brim with FUSIBLE INTERFACING.
2. Stitch the gussets in pairs, right sides together. Topstitch the SEAM ALLOWANCES at 0.2 cm. Fold the stitched gussets in pairs, right sides together, so that the centers align, and stitch. Topstitch the SEAM ALLOWANCES.
3. Place the brim pieces made of faux leather and faux fur right sides together, secure in several places, and stitch along the outer edge and ends. Trim the SEAM ALLOWANCES at the corners. Turn the brim right side out, carefully smoothing the seam. Fold the brim in half and trim the inner edge, adjusting the size of the brim. Secure the ends of the brim into a ring with blind stitches.
4. Insert the crown into the brim and attach it. Fold the brim upwards.
5. Stitch the LINING pieces similarly to the main fabric pieces. Insert the LINING into the crown, secure the LINING and main fabric seams. Fold the edge of the LINING and sew with blind stitches.
