    • Bottom - 1 QTY

  • Interfacing:
    • Visor - 1 QTY

Sewing Instructions

  1. Stitch the front and back panels together. Press seams open.
  2. Place the bottom and panel pieces right sides together, stitch, press the seam towards the panel and topstitch.
  3. Place the visor pieces right sides together and stitch along the outer contour. Trim the SEAM ALLOWANCE close to the seam. Turn the visor right side out, insert a rubber interfacing so that the joining seam is in the middle of the interfacing. Pin the edges of the visor and sew a securing stitch near the inner edge of the rubber interfacing. The visor should fit snugly around the rubber interfacing. Sew parallel decorative stitches on the visor, with a distance of 0.5 cm between stitches.
  4. Place the nape protector pieces right sides together. Stitch along the outer contour, turn the nape protector right side out, and straighten the seam. Sew a decorative stitch along the edge.
  5. Place the visor and the main body right sides together, aligning the centers. Place the nape protector and the main body right sides together, aligning the centers. Attach the visor and nape protector to the cap.
  6. Stitch the LINING pieces similarly to the main body pieces. Insert the LINING into the cap, smooth it out, and secure it in several places. Fold the bottom edge of the LINING inwards and sew with blind stitches.
  7. Attach snaps to the panel and nape protector.
