• 1. Crown - 1 QTY
• 2. FRONT PANEL - 1 QTY
• 3. BACK PANEL - 1 QTY
• Interfacing:
• 2. Visor - 1 QTY

Sewing Instructions

1. Stitch the dart on the upper part of the cap. Cut and topstitch the dart.
2. Stitch the SIDE PANELs together, right sides facing. Topstitch the SEAM ALLOWANCES.
3. Place the upper and SIDE PANELs right sides facing, stitch, press the SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the upper part and topstitch.
4. Place the visor pieces right sides facing and stitch along the outer contour. Trim the SEAM ALLOWANCES close to the seam. Turn the visor right side out, straighten the seam, press. Topstitch along the edge of the visor.
5. Stitch the nape protector pieces in pairs. Topstitch the SEAM ALLOWANCES. Place the nape protectors right sides facing and stitch along the outer contour, inserting cord ties. Turn the nape protector right side out, straighten the seam. Topstitch along the edge.
6. Place the visor with the upper part right sides facing, aligning the centers. Place the nape protector with the upper part right sides facing, aligning the centers. Attach the visor and nape protector to the main body.
7. Stitch the LINING pieces similarly to the main body pieces. Insert the LINING into the main body, smooth it out, and secure in several places. Fold the bottom edge of the LINING inwards and sew with blind stitches.
