CUTTER'S MUST

- FROM FUSIBLE INTERFACING: PLACKET – QTY 4.
Sewing Instructions
- Fuse FUSIBLE INTERFACING to the PLACKET pieces.
- Fold the COLLAR-bow pieces right sides together and stitch the short sides and tie edges from the NOTCHES to the ends. Clip SEAM ALLOWANCES at the NOTCHES, trim corners, turn the COLLAR right side out, and press.
- Stitch darts on the BACK PANEL. Press dart depths towards the center back. Stitch darts on the FRONT PANEL. Press dart depths upwards.
- Stitch the shoulder SEAM ALLOWANCES of the blouse. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the BACK PANEL and overcast.
- Cut a BIAS BINDING from the main fabric, 4.5 – 5.0 cm wide and equal to the armhole length. Press the BIAS BINDING in half lengthwise, right side out, align with the right side of the armhole, and stitch. Fold the BIAS BINDING to the wrong side and topstitch onto the FRONT PANEL 0.1 cm from the fold.
- Stitch the side SEAM ALLOWANCES of the blouse. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the BACK PANEL and overcast.
- Stitch the side SEAM ALLOWANCES of the lower parts. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the BACK PANEL and overcast. Stitch lines with elastic thread along the markings. Attach the lower part to the upper part. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES upwards and overcast.
- Fold the PLACKET pieces right sides together and stitch along the outer edge. Turn the PLACKETS right side out and press. Attach the outer PLACKET piece to the FRONT PANEL, press SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the PLACKET. Fold the raw edge of the inner PLACKET inwards and topstitch into the PLACKET attachment seam.
- Insert the outer COLLAR into the neckline, fold the open edge of the inner COLLAR, and topstitch into the COLLAR insertion seam.
- Fold the bottom hem SEAM ALLOWANCE of the garment twice to the wrong side and topstitch.
- On the right FRONT PANEL, overcast buttonholes; on the left FRONT PANEL, sew on buttons.
