Sewing Instructions

1. Fuse the bottom, side panels, and brim of the main fabric with FUSIBLE INTERFACING.
2. Fold the side panels right sides together and stitch. Press the seams open and topstitch with two parallel lines 0.2 cm from the stitching line.
3. Stitch the bottom to the side panel, folding them right sides together. Press the seam open and topstitch.
4. Stitch the LINING pieces similarly to the main pieces. Insert the LINING into the main piece, smooth it out. Fold the bottom seams of the main and LINING side panels to the wrong side separately, and topstitch 0.2 cm from the fold.
5. Stitch the brim into a ring, press the seam open. Fold the brim in half lengthwise, wrong sides together, and topstitch it with parallel lines, 0.5 – 0.6 cm wide.
6. Insert the brim between the main and LINING pieces of the headwear, baste, distributing the ease evenly, and stitch into the topstitching line.
