Back – 1 piece
Neckline Cord – 1 piece
Slit Facing – 1 piece

Sewing Instructions

Stitch the sleeve seam. Overlock and press the seam.
Mark the neckline slit on the Front and cut it. Fold the Slit Facing in half lengthwise and press. Stitch the folded Slit Facing to the slit, with the fold of the facing lying on the garment at a width of 0.75 cm. Trim the seam allowances to a width of 0.5 cm. Turn the facing to the wrong side, and topstitch the blouse along the slit.
Overlock the side edges of the blouse. Stitch the side seams down to the side slit notch and press open. Topstitch along the side slits.
Set the sleeves into the armholes and overlock the setting seam.
Overlock the upper edges of the sleeves and the neckline edges of the front and back. Fold them to the wrong side, press and topstitch to form the drawstring casing.
Fold the Neckline Cord lengthwise and stitch 0.5–0.7 cm from the edge. Turn the cord right side out and press. Tuck in the short sides of the ties and hand stitch. Thread the cord through the neckline casing and draw it up. The Neckline Cord pattern piece includes seam allowances.
Overlock the bottom edge of the blouse and the bottom edge of the sleeve. Fold to the wrong side. Press and topstitch 0.5 cm from the edge.
