- 1. Flap – 4 QTY
- 2. Patch pocket – 2 QTY
- 3. BACK PANEL – 1 QTY
- 4. FRONT PANEL – 2 QTY
- 5. COLLAR – 2 QTY
- 6. FACING – 2 QTY
- 7. SLEEVE – 2 QTY
Sewing Instructions
- Fuse the FACING, lower COLLAR, and flap with FUSIBLE INTERFACING.
- Place the upper COLLAR and lower COLLAR right sides together and stitch the lower COLLAR to the upper COLLAR. Trim, turn out the COLLAR corners. Press the COLLAR.
- Mark the placement of the pocket and flap. Place the flap pieces right sides together and stitch. Trim the SEAM ALLOWANCES of the flap corners and turn out. Topstitch along the outer contour of the flaps 0.5 cm from the edge. Overlock the upper edge of the flap.
- Overlock the outer contour of the pocket and press it according to the pattern. Topstitch the upper edge to the pocket. Topstitch the pocket along the contour 0.2 cm from the pocket edge. Place the flap to the mark and topstitch it. Turn the flap to the right side and topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam.
- Stitch and press open the SLEEVE seam.
- Overlock the outer edge of the FACING. Mark the hemline. Place the FACING on the right side of the FRONT PANEL, right side down, pin, and stitch along the front edge line. Stitching is done from the FRONT PANEL side upwards to the NOTCH, which defines the end of the COLLAR insertion. Stitch the lower edges of the FACINGS to the central part of the FRONT PANEL strictly along the marked hemline. Trim the seams of the upper and lower front edge corners. Turn the front edges to the right side, straighten the seams, and topstitch 0.2 cm from the edge.
- Stitch the shoulder and side seams. Overlock the shoulder and side seams and press them towards the BACK PANEL.
- Insert the COLLAR into the jacket neckline. Overlock the insertion seam and topstitch along the back neckline.
- Insert the SLEEVES into the armholes. Overlock the insertion seam. Mark and topstitch the ZIPPER to the front edges. Overlock the bottom of the SLEEVE and jacket. Fold the bottom of the SLEEVE and jacket to the wrong side, press, and topstitch.
- Mark and punch eyelets on the SLEEVE and jacket. Thread the cord.
