• 1. Upper BACK PANEL - QTY 2
• 2. FRONT PANEL insert — QTY 2
• 3. Lower BACK PANEL - QTY 1 on fold
• 4. Central upper FRONT PANEL – QTY 4
• 5. Upper SIDE PANEL of FRONT PANEL — QTY 2
• 6. Lower FRONT PANEL — QTY 1 on fold
• 7. FRONT PANEL insert part – QTY 1
• 8. SLEEVE - QTY 2

Sewing Instructions

1. Lay and secure pleats on the lower FRONT PANEL and BACK PANEL.
2. Stitch darts on the BACK PANEL pieces. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the center. Stitch the center seam of the BACK PANEL. Overlock and press the SEAM ALLOWANCE to the left side. Stitch the center edge of the inserts. Overlock and press the SEAM ALLOWANCE to the left side. Attach the center part to the upper part. Overlock and press the SEAM ALLOWANCE onto the insert. Attach the lower part. Overlock and press the SEAM ALLOWANCE onto the insert.
3. Cut (if not pre-made) BIAS BINDING 4 cm wide and a length equal to the BACK PANEL neckline length + 5 cm. Fold the BIAS BINDING in half lengthwise, right sides out, and press. Place the TRIM STRIP with the neckline edge right sides together and stitch. Clip the SEAM ALLOWANCES. Fold the TRIM STRIP to the wrong side and topstitch along the fold onto the main piece. Press the seam.
4. Fold the central FRONT PANEL pieces in pairs and stitch the neckline. Turn the inner part out and press.
5. Stitch the shoulder edge, inserting the BACK PANEL's SEAM ALLOWANCE between the FRONT PANEL pieces. Overlock and press the SEAM ALLOWANCE towards the BACK PANEL. Stitch the princess seam of the FRONT PANEL (central part pieces are processed together). Attach the FRONT PANEL insert. Overlock and press the SEAM ALLOWANCE onto the insert. Attach the lower FRONT PANEL. Overlock and press the SEAM ALLOWANCE upwards.
6. Stitch the right side edge, press the SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the BACK PANEL and overlock. Overlock the left side SEAM ALLOWANCES separately. Stitch the left side edge from the seam joining the upper FRONT PANEL parts to the bottom. Press the SEAM ALLOWANCE open. Insert the ZIPPER.
7. Overlock the lower SLEEVE edge. Fold the SEAM ALLOWANCE inwards and topstitch. Set the SLEEVES into the armholes. Overlock the SEAM ALLOWANCES. Overlock the lower part of the armhole. Fold the SEAM ALLOWANCE inwards and topstitch.
8. Overlock the lower edge of the dress, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
