• From FUSIBLE INTERFACING:
1. BACK PANEL FACING – 1 QTY
2. FRONT PANEL FACING – 1 QTY

Sewing Instructions

1. Fuse FUSIBLE INTERFACING to the BACK PANEL and FRONT PANEL FACING pieces.
2. Stitch the center back seam. Finish the SEAM ALLOWANCE and press it to the left. Stitch the back princess seams. Finish the SEAM ALLOWANCES and press them towards the center.
3. Fold Insert 3 in half lengthwise, right sides out, and stitch 0.2 from the fold. Place Insert 3 onto the left FRONT PANEL, aligning the edges. Place Insert 2 on top, right sides facing, and stitch the pieces. Finish the SEAM ALLOWANCE. Fold Insert 2 upwards and topstitch 0.2 from the attaching seam. Place Insert 1 right side down onto Insert 2. Stitch and finish the seam. Fold Insert 1 upwards and topstitch 0.2 cm from the stitching seam. The right side of the FRONT PANEL is processed similarly. Attach the FRONT PANEL YOKE. Finish the SEAM ALLOWANCE, and topstitch.
4. Stitch the front princess seams. Finish the SEAM ALLOWANCES and press them towards the side seam.
5. Finish the left side seams separately, stitch them from the mark downwards, and press the SEAM ALLOWANCES open. Insert the ZIPPER. Stitch the right side seam, press the SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the BACK PANEL and finish them. Stitch the shoulder seams. Press the SEAM ALLOWANCES open.
6. Stitch the shoulder and right side seams of the FACINGS. Press the SEAM ALLOWANCES open. Finish the left side and outer edges of the FACING. Place the dress and FACING right sides together and stitch the neckline. Clip the SEAM ALLOWANCES at the curves, turn the FACING out, straighten, and press. Stitch the armhole in two steps: first the BACK PANEL, then the FRONT PANEL. Clip the SEAM ALLOWANCES at the curves, turn out, and press. Secure the FACING to the garment at the right side and center SEAM ALLOWANCES. Attach the FACING to the ZIPPER tape.
7. Finish the hem of the dress. Fold the SEAM ALLOWANCES inwards and topstitch.
