- From FUSIBLE INTERFACING: upper flap and FACINGS for front edge and neckline.
Sewing Instructions
- Fuse the FACING pieces and the upper flap with FUSIBLE INTERFACING.
- Place the flap pieces right sides together and stitch along the front and bottom edges. Trim SEAM ALLOWANCES, turn right side out, and press. Place the flap on the right side of the lower right FRONT PANEL and secure along the upper and side edges.
- Stitch darts on the right and left FRONT PANEL parts, press depths downwards.
- Stitch the right FRONT PANEL parts. Finish the SEAM ALLOWANCE.
- Stitch darts on the BACK PANEL pieces. Press depths towards the center. Finish the center edges of the BACK PANEL separately on each piece. Stitch edges from the ZIPPER mark to the slit mark. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES open. Insert the ZIPPER.
- Stitch shoulder and side edges. Finish SEAM ALLOWANCES and press towards the BACK PANEL. Finish the edge of the left front opening.
- Stitch the upper and lower FACING edges. Stitch the shoulder edge of the FACINGS. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES open. Finish the outer edges of the FACINGS. Place the dress with FACINGS right sides together, aligning the neckline and front opening edges. Stop 5 mm before the edges of the concealed fastening, fold back the FACING and pin to the upper edge of the dress. On the right side of the dress, fold back the SEAM ALLOWANCES along the ZIPPER and pin to the neckline edge over the FACING. Stitch the neckline edge and the FRONT PANEL edge. Clip the seam at curves, fold the FACING inwards, and press. Attach the FACING to the ZIPPER tape.
- Topstitch the FACING on the left neckline part from the right side along the marked lines. Place the right FRONT PANEL part over the left, aligning the left FRONT PANEL edge with the inner edge of the FACING, and topstitch along the marked lines, starting the stitch from the center back seam.
- Finish the lower edge of the SLEEVE, press to the wrong side, and topstitch. Stitch the SLEEVE edge, press and finish SEAM ALLOWANCES. Set the SLEEVES into the armhole, aligning NOTCHES. Clip SEAM ALLOWANCES at marks, press, and finish.
- Finish the hem SEAM ALLOWANCE of the dress, press to the wrong side, and hem with blind stitches. Topstitch along the slit.
- Sew on buttons according to marks.

The dress is recommended to be worn with a decorative belt.
