Sewing Instructions

  1. Stitch shoulder seam allowances. Overlock seam allowances and press towards the back.
  2. Attach the back parts of the hood to the front parts. Overlock seam allowances. Stitch the hood seam. Overlock the seam allowance. Insert the hood into the neckline. Overlock the seam allowance. Stitch the upper edge of the front inner parts of the hood. Press the seam allowance open. Overlock the outer edge of the upper parts.
  3. Overlock the edges for the zipper. Insert the zipper. Place the inner of the hood onto the hood and stitch along the curved edge and the zipper attachment edge. Start and end the stitching 0.8 cm up from the neckline edge. Turn the inner of the hood inwards. Topstitch the lower seam allowance of the inner into the neckline seam. Topstitch the inner into the seam joining the back and front parts. Topstitch along the zipper.
  4. Attach the lower of the front to the upper parts. Overlock the seam allowance and press downwards. Topstitch.
  5. Insert the sleeve into the open armhole, overlock the seam allowance.
  6. Stitch the side seam and the sleeve seam simultaneously. Overlock seam allowances.
  7. Stitch the lower into a ring. Press the seam allowance open. Fold the piece lengthwise and attach to the lower edge, slightly stretching the lower. Overlock the seam allowance and direct upwards. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam.
  8. Stitch the cuff into a ring. Press the seam allowance open. Fold the cuff lengthwise and attach to the lower edge, slightly stretching the cuff. Overlock the seam allowance and direct towards the sleeve. Topstitch 0.5 cm from the seam.
