Fabric & Materials
FABRIC RECOMMENDATIONS: blouse fabrics made from natural or blended fibers. ALSO NEEDED: fusible interfacing, 5 buttons. IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE NOT INCLUDED. SEAM ALLOWANCES: all seams 1 cm; hem allowance – 1.5 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90cm to 150cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED (do not forget to account for paired and symmetrical pieces).

WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!
- From main fabric:
- Back facing - 2 pieces
- Upper back - 2 pieces
- Lower back - 1 piece on fold
- Front - 2 pieces
- Front facing - 4 pieces
- Sleeve - cap sleeve — 2 pieces
- From fusible interfacing:
- Back facing - 1 piece
- Front facing - 2 pieces
Sewing Instructions
- Interface the facing pieces with fusible interfacing. Also interface the integrated front plackets.
- Stitch the darts on the back, press the dart intakes towards the center. Stitch the center back seam, press the seam allowances to the left side, serge. Stitch the upper and lower back sections, press the seam allowances upwards, serge.
- Trim the front underlay allowances to 0.5 cm. Along the upper edge of the underlay, create several arbitrary pleats. Stitch the underlay, press the allowances, serge.
- Serge the allowance of the inner side of the placket. Press the placket along the edge line to the wrong side.
- Stitch the shoulder seams, press the allowances towards the back and serge.
- Stitch the shoulder seams of the back and front facings, press the allowances open. Fold the facings right sides together and stitch the ends. Start and end the stitching exactly at the marked line for attaching the facing. Turn the facing to the right side, straighten and press. Stitch the upper facing into the neckline, turn under the open edge of the lower facing and topstitch into the upper facing attachment seam.
- Serge the lower edge of the cap sleeve, press to the wrong side and topstitch. Attach the sleeves to the armholes, press the allowances and serge.
- Stitch the side seams, press the allowances towards the back and serge.
- Serge the hem allowance of the garment, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
- On the right front, serge the buttonholes, on the left – sew on the buttons.
