- Off-Set Welt – 2 pieces

- Belt-Loop – 1 piece
- From lining fabric:
- Bigger Pocket Bag – 2 pieces
- Smaller Pocket Bag – 2 pieces
- From fusible interfacing:
- Waistband – 1 piece
- Off-Set Welt – 2 pieces
- Decorative Belt – 1 piece on fold
Sewing Instructions
- Fuse interfacing to the Waistband, Off-Set Welts and Decorative Belt.
- Stitch each Back Skirt to its Back Skirt Yoke, press the seam allowances upwards, overlock. Topstitch a double line of stitching along the seam at 0.1 cm and 0.7 cm. Stitch the center back seam, press the seam allowances to the left side and overlock. Topstitch a double line of stitching along the seam at 0.1 cm and 0.7 cm.
- Mark the pocket placement on the Front Skirt Yokes. Press the Off-Set Welt in half lengthwise, wrong sides together. Stitch the Smaller Pocket Bag to the inner side of the welt. Stitch the Off-Set Welt to the yoke along the lower pocket marking line. Stitch the Bigger Pocket Bag to the yoke along the upper pocket marking line. End the stitching at the short marking lines. Cut the pocket opening. At 1–1.5 cm from the pocket ends, make diagonal cuts into the corners. Turn the Off-Set Welt and Bigger Pocket Bag to the wrong side through the opening. Secure the pocket ends from the wrong side with a double backstitch across the base of the triangles. Stitch the pocket bag edges together and overlock.
- Stitch each Front Skirt to its Front Skirt Yoke, press the seam allowances upwards, overlock. Topstitch a double line of stitching along the seam at 0.1 cm and 0.7 cm. Stitch the center front seam, press the seam allowances to the left side and overlock. Topstitch a double line of stitching along the seam at 0.1 cm and 0.7 cm.
- Overlock the left side edges separately. Stitch the left side seam from the zipper notch to the hem. Press the seam allowances open. Insert the invisible zipper. Stitch the right side seam, press the seam allowances towards the back and overlock.
- Fold the Belt-Loop strip in half lengthwise, right sides together, and stitch along the long side. Turn right side out, position the seam on the fold, and press. Cut the strip into belt loops of the required length and mark their placement. Stitch the belt loops to the upper edge of the skirt at the markings and above the side seams.
- Fold the Waistband in half lengthwise, right sides together, and stitch the short end and the extension. Start stitching exactly at the marked line for attaching the Waistband to the skirt. Clip the seam allowances at the mark, turn the Waistband right side out and press. Stitch the outer side of the Waistband to the upper edge of the skirt, turn under the allowance of the inner side and topstitch it into the attachment seam. Topstitch the belt loops to the upper edge of the Waistband.
- Overlock the hem allowance, press it to the wrong side and topstitch.
- Make a buttonhole on the Waistband. Sew on the button.
- Fold the Decorative Belt in half lengthwise, right sides together, and stitch along the long side and one short end. Trim the seam allowances at the corners, turn the belt right side out and press. Overlock the open short end. Topstitch around the edge at 0.1 cm and 0.7 cm. Attach the buckle to the end of the belt. Set the eyelets.
