Fabric & Materials
Fabric recommendations: Dress fabrics made of natural or blended fibers. YOU WILL ALSO NEED: fusible interfacing, concealed zipper, two buttons, decorative buckle. IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE NOT INCLUDED. SEAM ALLOWANCES: all seams 1 cm; Seam allowances for the upper edges of the right upper front part and the right upper back part – 1.5 cm; hem allowance for the bottom of the garment - 2.0 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90cm to 150cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED (do not forget to account for paired and symmetrical parts).

Sewing Instructions
WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!
- Fuse interfacing to the facing pieces.
- Stitch darts on the front pieces. Press the dart allowances upwards. Stitch the dart on the upper back piece. Press the dart allowance towards the center.
- Stitch the side seam of the upper right back and front pieces. Overlock the allowance and press it towards the back. Overlock the upper allowance of the pieces. Fold the allowance inwards and topstitch.
- Stitch the right shoulder seam. Overlock the allowance and press it towards the back.
- Stitch the shoulder seam of the facings. Press the allowance open. Overlock the outer edge. Place the facing on the front and back, align the edges and stitch, inserting the upper right back and front pieces. Trim the allowances at the corners, clip at the curves. Turn the facing to the wrong side and press. Overlock the left side seams separately.
- Stitch the dart on the lower left front piece. Press the dart allowance towards the center. Overlock the princess seams of the front skirt separately. Stitch the seam up to the slit mark. Press the allowances open. Stitch a reinforcing line along the slit 0.3 cm from the edge. Attach the waistband to the lower front part. Overlock the allowance and press it towards the waistband.
- Stitch the darts on the lower back pieces. Press the dart allowances towards the center. Stitch the center back seam. Press the allowances open. Attach the waistband to the lower back part. Overlock the allowance and press it towards the waistband.
- Stitch the right side seam of the lower parts. Overlock the allowance and press it towards the back. Overlock the left side seams separately. Stitch the seam from the zipper mark to the bottom. Press the allowances open.
- Stitch the upper and lower parts of the dress. Overlock the allowances and press them towards the waistband.
- Insert the concealed zipper.
- Cut (if not ready-made) a bias binding 4 cm wide and a length equal to the armhole length + 4 cm. Fold the bias binding in half lengthwise, right side out, and press. Place the binding on the armhole edge, right sides together, and stitch, then fold the binding to the wrong side and topstitch along the fold onto the main piece.
- Fold the straps in half lengthwise, right sides together. Stitch along one long and one short side. Trim the allowances at the corners, turn right side out and press. Overlock the short sides. Attach the straps to the upper right front and back pieces. Adjust the length of the straps and sew on the decorative buckle.
- Overlock the bottom edge of the garment, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
- Overlock buttonholes on the right shoulder seam. Sew buttons to the back.
