Fabric recommendations: jacket fabrics made of natural or blended fibers in two contrasting or related colors. YOU ALSO NEED: lining fabric; separating zipper; decorative cord; 2 zippers; 2 cord stoppers, 2 eyelets. IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE NOT INCLUDED. SEAM ALLOWANCES: all seams 1 cm. Seam allowance for the upper edge of the patch pocket – 2 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED (do not forget to account for paired and symmetrical details).

- Drawstring casing – 1 piece
Sewing Instructions
WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!
- From main fabric 2: Press the upper seam allowance of the patch pocket to the wrong side twice by 1 cm and topstitch. Press the seam allowances along the lower and center edges to the wrong side and press. Place the pocket on the front according to the markings and topstitch along the side and lower edges.
- Stitch shoulder seams. Press seam allowances open. Attach sleeves. Press seam allowances. Stitch side seams simultaneously with sleeve seams. Press seam allowances towards the back. Attach hood to neckline. Press seam allowances open.
- From main fabric 1: Mark the pocket placement with parallel lines. Cut the opening. Make diagonal cuts 1-1.5 cm from the end of the marking. Turn the seam allowances to the wrong side through the resulting opening, straighten the edges. Place the zipper under the edges of the opening so that the teeth are visible and stitch. Attach the lining right side to the wrong side of the zipper tape. Stitch the edges of the lining.
- Stitch shoulder seams. Press seam allowances open. Attach sleeves. Press seam allowances. Stitch side seams simultaneously with sleeve seams, leaving an opening in the left sleeve seam. Press seam allowances towards the back. Attach hood to neckline. Press seam allowances open.
- Install eyelets on the front. Place the drawstring casing on the front and back from the wrong side and stitch along the marked lines.
- Fold the garment pieces right sides together, insert the separating zipper and stitch the front edges. Face the hood, lower edge, lower sleeve edge. Turn the windbreaker through the opening. Press the facing seams. Close the opening. Thread the decorative cord and attach cord stoppers and tips.
- Stitch a reinforcing seam along the bottom of the sleeve, along the zipper, and along the hood 1.5 – 2 cm from the edge.
