Blouse with Gathered Collar and Sleeves

CUTTER'S MUST

• From main fabric:
• 1. FRONT PANEL – 1 pc with fold
• 2. BACK PANEL – 1 pc with fold
• 3. COLLAR – 1 pc with fold

Sewing Instructions

1. Stitch the shoulder and side SEAM ALLOWANCES of the blouse. Overcast the seams and press towards the BACK PANEL.
2. Stitch the COLLAR into a loop. Fold lengthwise in half, right side out. Stitch parallel rows with elastic thread along the COLLAR. (The elastic thread should run along the inner side of the COLLAR). Stitch with loosened upper thread 0.5 cm from the edge and gather. Attach the COLLAR to the neckline.
3. Overcast the bottom of the SLEEVE, fold the edge inwards and press. Stitch parallel rows with elastic thread along the SLEEVE.
4. Overcast the bottom of the blouse, fold the edge inwards and topstitch. Stitch rows with elastic thread along the bottom of the blouse.
