Sewing Instructions
- Stitch the side and lower (inseam) edges of the garment. Press the SEAM ALLOWANCES. Along the lower edge (leg opening), sew a stitch with loosely tensioned stitches and gather.
- Fold the CUFFS in half, right sides together, and stitch into a ring. Turn the CUFFS right side out, fold lengthwise in half right side out, and press. Attach the CUFFS to the lower edge. After attaching the CUFFS, release the gathering.
- On the waistband, mark the fold line on the right side. Fold the waistband right sides together and stitch into a ring. Turn the piece right side out and press. Along the marked line, sew a stitch with elastic thread. The elastic thread is on the wrong side. Fold the waistband along the fold line and attach it to the trousers, slightly stretching the upper edge of the trousers. From the waistband fold line, sew stitches with elastic thread at a distance of 1.5 cm from each other.
