• From LINING fabric:
1. Pocket Bag – 2 QTY
• FROM FUSIBLE INTERFACING: front left and right FACINGs, back FACING, fly shield.

Sewing Instructions

1. Fuse FUSIBLE INTERFACING to the back FACING, front right and left FACINGs, and fly shield. Fuse FUSIBLE INTERFACING tape, 1 cm wide, to the pocket opening.
2. Stitch the side edges of the front and back FACINGs. Press open the side seams of the FACINGs.
3. Mark and stitch the darts on the back pant half. Press the darts towards the center. Overlock the back center edge. Stitch the back center seam and press open.
4. Place the pocket bag on the front pant half, right sides together, and stitch the pocket opening. Fold the pocket bag to the wrong side and press. Topstitch along the pocket opening at 0.1 and 0.7 cm from the pocket edge and press. Attach the front pant half to the SIDE PANEL at the pocket opening markings. Stitch and overlock the pocket LINING. Secure the SIDE PANEL to the front pant half along the top and side edges with a 1 cm seam.
5. From the left front half, cut off the integrated FACING, leaving a 1 cm SEAM ALLOWANCE along the center seam. Overlock the front center edge and the fly edge.
6. Stitch the center seam of the front halves, starting the stitch at the edge of the integrated FACING. Press the integrated ZIPPER FACING to the wrong side. Align the ZIPPER with the center edge of the left half and stitch. Stitch the free tape of the ZIPPER to the integrated FACING of the right half. Topstitch along the marked line on the right pant half at 0.1 and 0.7 cm. Fold the fly shield in half lengthwise, wrong sides together, and stitch the long and short bottom edges. Overlock the raw edges of the fly shield. Stitch the fly shield to the ZIPPER attachment seam on the left half. Bar tack at the end of the closure on the right side of the pants. On the wrong side, connect the bottom ends of the integrated FACING and the fly shield.
7. Stitch, overlock, and press open the side seams. Stitch, overlock, and press open the inseams.
8. Fold 2 belt loop pieces right sides together, stitch along the contour, leaving the top edge free. Turn the belt loop right side out, press, and topstitch along the contour. Process the remaining belt loops similarly. Stitch the belt loops to the top edge of the FACINGs according to the markings.
9. Fold the FACING pieces right sides together and stitch the top edge. Turn the FACINGs right side out and press. Understitch the FACING seam to the inner FACING at 0.2 cm from the seam. Overlock the bottom edge of the inner FACINGs. Stitch the outer FACINGs to the top edge of the pants, aligning the side seams. Stitch the corners of the FACINGs. Trim the SEAM ALLOWANCES at the corners, turn right side out, and press. Topstitch the overlocked edge of the FACINGs into the attachment seam. Topstitch the belt loops to the bottom edge of the FACINGs.
10. Overlock and press the hem allowance to the wrong side. Secure the allowance to the pants using FUSIBLE INTERFACING web. On the right FACING, make buttonholes, and on the left, sew on buttons.
11. Fold the waistband piece in half lengthwise, right sides together, and stitch along the long and one short side. Turn the waistband right side out, fold the unstitched SEAM ALLOWANCES inwards, and topstitch with a double topstitch at 0.1 and 0.7 cm around the perimeter of the waistband.
