  • Knit fabrics made from natural fibers
  • Knit fabrics made from blended fibers

Fabric & Materials

Tip: Pattern pieces made of knit fabrics are stitched with a special elastic or narrow zigzag stitch. When serging, trim seam allowances to 0.6 – 0.8 cm. The hem allowance is topstitched with a twin needle to maintain elasticity.

Cutting Plan

  • From main fabric:
  • 1. Back – 1 piece
  • 2. Front – 1 piece

Sewing Instructions

  1. Stitch shoulder and side seams of the back and front. Serge the seams and press them towards the back.
  2. Serge the bottom edge of the garment, the neckline edge, and the armhole edge. Fold to the wrong side, press, and topstitch.
