Fabric & Materials

TIP: To keep the material stretchy in the areas of finished seams, stitch the cut pieces with a narrow zigzag or a special stretchy stitch. To keep the bottom edge stretchy, the hem should be overlocked with an overlock stitch, and then stitched using a twin needle. The same applies to the finishing of other edges of the garment that should not lose elasticity. These recommendations do not apply to industrial production.
