• From MAIN FABRIC:
• BACK PANEL CENTER - 1 piece on fold
• BACK PANEL SIDE - 2 pieces
• FRONT PANEL SIDE - 2 pieces
• FRONT PANEL CENTER - 2 pieces
• BACK BASQUE - 1 piece on fold
• FRONT BASQUE – 2 pieces
• COLLAR – 4 pieces
• BACK NECK FACING - 1 piece on fold
• From LINING FABRIC:
• BACK PANEL CENTER - 1 piece on fold
• BACK PANEL SIDE - 2 pieces
• FRONT PANEL SIDE - 2 pieces
• FRONT PANEL CENTER - 2 pieces
• BACK BASQUE - 1 piece on fold
• FRONT BASQUE – 2 pieces
• From FUSIBLE INTERFACING: interface the LINING pieces of the FRONT PANEL CENTER.

Sewing Instructions

1. Interface the LINING pieces of the FRONT PANEL CENTER. (Fusible interfacings are pressed onto the wrong side of the piece with a hot iron).
2. Stitch the princess seams of the BACK PANEL and FRONT PANEL, press open.
3. Place the BACK BASQUE and FRONT BASQUE pieces with the BACK PANEL and FRONT PANEL pieces right sides together, stitch. Press seams open.
4. Stitch the side seams, press open.
5. Stitch the center seams of the COLLARS. Attach the lower COLLAR to the garment neckline. Press seam open.
6. Attach the BACK NECK FACING to the BACK PANEL LINING. Stitch the seams of the LINING pieces, except for the shoulder seams. Attach the upper COLLAR to the LINING neckline. Place the main fabric pieces with the LINING pieces right sides together, stitch them along the entire contour, along the armhole contour, leaving the shoulder seams open. Clip NOTCHES on curves. Turn pieces right side out.
7. Stitch the shoulder seams of the main piece. Hand-stitch the shoulder seams of the LINING pieces with blind stitches.
8. On the right FRONT PANEL, make buttonholes; on the left, sew on buttons.
