FABRIC RECOMMENDATIONS: two-color knit fabric with low stretch from natural or blended fibers.

CUTTER'S MUST

IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, THE PATTERNS INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, THE PATTERNS DO NOT INCLUDE SEAM ALLOWANCES. SEAM ALLOWANCES: all seams 1 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED. WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!

  • From main fabric:
    • Back – 1 piece on fold
    • Front – 1 piece on fold
    • Collar – 1 piece
    • Sleeve – 2 pieces
  • From main fabric 1:
    • Back yoke – 1 piece on fold
    • Front yoke – 1 piece on fold
    • Cuff – 2 pieces
    • Bottom band – 1 piece on fold

Sewing Instructions

  1. Stitch shoulder seams of yokes. Finish seam allowances and press towards the back.
  2. Stitch side seams. Finish seam allowances and press towards the back.
  3. Stitch sleeve seam. Finish seam allowance and press towards the back. Attach the lower part of the sleeve to the front and back. Finish seam allowances.
  4. Attach the yoke to the main part of the blouson. Finish seam allowances and press upwards.
  5. Stitch the cuff into a loop, press seam allowances open. Fold the cuff in half lengthwise, right side out, and press. Attach the cuff to the lower edge of the sleeve, stretching it to the desired length. Press seam allowances upwards and finish.
  6. Stitch the bottom band into a loop, press seam allowances open. Fold the bottom band in half lengthwise, right side out, and press. Attach the bottom band to the lower edge, stretching it to the desired length. Press seam allowances upwards and finish.
  7. Stitch the collar into a loop, press seam allowances open. Fold the collar in half lengthwise, right side out, and press. Attach the collar to the neckline. The collar stitching seam is shifted 2 cm towards the back from the shoulder seam. Finish seam allowances.
