  2. Stitch the center back seam on the upper back part, press allowances to the left side and overcast.

Start and end the stitching exactly at the marked line of the center front seam. Press allowances and overcast. Secure the ruffle to the front along the center and lower edges and continue to treat as one piece. Stitch the center front seam, press allowances open and overcast.
  6. Attach the back waistband to the upper back part, press allowances towards the waistband and overcast. Attach the lower back part to the back waistband, press allowances towards the waistband and overcast.
  7. Attach the front waistband to the upper front part, press allowances towards the waistband and overcast. Attach the lower front part to the front waistband, press allowances towards the waistband and overcast.
  8. Overcast the left side seams separately. Stitch the left side seam from the zipper mark to the bottom, press allowances open. Insert the concealed zipper. Stitch the right side seam, press allowances towards the back and overcast.
  9. Cut a bias binding 4 cm wide and equal to the armhole length + 4 cm. Fold the bias binding in half lengthwise, right side out, and press. Place the binding with the armhole edge right sides together, extending the tails, and stitch. Fold the binding to the wrong side, clip the seams, and topstitch along the fold onto the main piece, press.
  10. Overcast the bottom edge of the garment, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
