CUTTER'S MUST

IF THE PATTERNS HAVE A DOUBLE CONTOUR, SEAM ALLOWANCES ARE INCLUDED. IF THE CONTOUR IS SINGLE, THE PATTERNS ARE WITHOUT SEAM ALLOWANCES. SEAM ALLOWANCES: sleeve hem allowance – 2 cm, other seams 1 cm. ATTENTION! FIRST, PRINT OUT THE PAPER PATTERNS AND LAY THEM OUT ON THE FABRIC WIDTH (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH MATERIAL YOU WILL NEED.

Sewing Instructions

WHEN STITCHING PIECES, PAY ATTENTION TO THE NOTCHES - THEY MUST MATCH!

  1. Fuse interfacing to the designated pieces.
  2. Stitch darts on back pieces, press depths towards the center. Stitch darts on front pieces, press depths downwards.
  3. Serge right side seams separately. Stitch the right side seam from the armhole to the first notch and from the second notch to the hem, press allowances open. Insert the zipper.
  4. Stitch the right side seam of the hem facings, press allowances open. Serge the outer edge. Place the hem facing with the garment right sides together and stitch the bottom edge. Clip allowances at curves, turn facing to the wrong side, straighten, and press.
  5. Stitch the left side seam, press allowances towards the front and serge. Stitch shoulder seams, press allowances towards the back and serge.
  6. Stitch the sleeve seam, press allowances towards the back and serge. Set the sleeve into the armhole, matching notches, press allowances and serge.
  7. Stitch shoulder seams of facings, press allowances open. Serge the outer edge. Place the facing with the garment right sides together and stitch the neckline edge. Clip allowances, turn facing to the wrong side and press. Topstitch allowances to the facing 0.2 cm from the seam. Attach the facing's shoulder seams to the garment's shoulder seams.
  8. Serge the sleeve hem, press to the wrong side and topstitch.
  9. Sew buttons onto the lower front facing.
