CUTTER'S MUST

• From main fabric:
1. Upper BACK PANEL – 2 QTY
2. Lower BACK PANEL – 2 QTY
3. Upper FRONT PANEL – 1 QTY on fold
4. Lower FRONT PANEL – 1 QTY on fold
5. FRONT PANEL neckline FACING — 1 QTY
6. BACK PANEL neckline FACING — 2 QTY
• From FUSIBLE INTERFACING:
1. FRONT PANEL neckline FACING — 1 QTY
2. BACK PANEL neckline FACING — 2 QTY

Sewing Instructions

1. Fuse FUSIBLE INTERFACING to the respective pieces.
2. Stitch darts on BACK PANEL pieces, press SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the center. Stitch lower and upper BACK PANEL pieces. Overcast SEAM ALLOWANCE and press downwards. Overcast center edges of BACK PANEL separately on each piece. Stitch the center edge of the BACK PANEL from the ZIPPER mark to the bottom, press SEAM ALLOWANCES open. Insert the ZIPPER.
3. Stitch darts on FRONT PANEL pieces, press SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the center. Stitch lower and upper FRONT PANEL pieces. Overcast SEAM ALLOWANCE and press downwards.
4. Stitch shoulder edges. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the BACK PANEL and overcast.
5. Stitch shoulder edges of FACINGS. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES open. Overcast the outer edge of the FACING. Place the FACING onto the neckline and stitch. Clip SEAM ALLOWANCES, turn the FACING to the wrong side and press.
6. Cut (if not pre-made) BIAS BINDING 4 cm wide and a length equal to the armhole length + 5 cm. Fold the BIAS BINDING in half lengthwise, right side out, and press. Place the TRIM STRIP with the armhole edge on the right side and stitch. Clip NOTCHES. Fold the TRIM STRIP to the wrong side and topstitch along the fold to the main piece. Press the seam.
7. Stitch side edges. Press SEAM ALLOWANCES towards the BACK PANEL and overcast.
8. Overcast the bottom edge of the garment. Press the hem allowance to the wrong side and topstitch.
