Tip: Cut pieces from knit fabrics should be sewn with a special elastic or narrow zigzag stitch. The hem allowance is topstitched with a twin needle to maintain elasticity. You can also sew pieces directly on a 3- or 4-thread overlocker.

Sewing Instructions

Stitch the center seam of the upper and lower back, overlock seam allowances. Stitch the upper and lower back, overlock seam allowances.
On the upper front, snip the allowance at the T-shaped notch and the piece between the T-shaped notches. Create a pleat (depth directed upwards), stitch the seam from the shoulder seam to the end of the pleat. Fold the left front right side out along the marked long line, place it on the right, aligning the neckline edges and shoulder edges, and secure them together. Stitch the upper and lower front, overlock seam allowances.
Stitch the upper edge of the sleeve, overlock seam allowances. Stitch the lower edge of the sleeve simultaneously with the side edges, overlock seam allowances.

Attention! For some sizes, it is possible that the upper front piece will not fit on the fabric. In this case, you need to cut the piece along the line on the sleeve and cut the upper front from two pieces. Don't forget to add seam allowances!
