A fitted, hip-length women's blouse with a cascading flounce set into an off-centre front seam and pleated into the neckline, short double-layer cap sleeves and an invisible zipper in the left side seam.
Silhouette: Fitted, shaped by a bust dart on the right front and darts on the back.
Length: Hip length.
Neckline: Round, finished with a neckline facing understitched 0.1 cm from the seam.
Sleeves: Short cap sleeves, each cut double and stitched along the outer edge, then turned and set into the armhole.
Front: Left and right front pieces joined by a vertical off-centre seam with a flounce inserted; the flounce is pleated at its upper edge, folded as on the drawing and caught into the neckline. Side and outer flounce edges finished with a narrow rolled hem.
Closure: Invisible zipper in the left side seam.
Back: Centre back seam and darts.
Finishing: Seams overlocked; hem turned 1 cm and 1 cm again and topstitched.
Intermediate. A flounce with a rolled hem inserted into a seam and pleated into the neckline, a faced neckline, self-lined cap sleeves and an invisible zipper.
Double-faced blouse fabrics in natural or blended fibres: silk, viscose, blends. Both sides of the flounce show, so the fabric should look the same on each side.
If the patterns have a double contour, they include seam allowances. If the contour is single, the patterns do not include seam allowances. Seam allowances: Hem allowance – 2.0 cm, allowance for outer edges of flounce – 0 cm, other seams – 1 cm. Attention! First, print out the paper patterns and lay them out on the fabric width (fabric width can be from 90 cm to 150 cm) to determine how much material you will need (don't forget to account for paired and symmetrical pieces). When stitching pieces, pay attention to the notches - they must match! Markings on the patterns are made on the right side!
